All results were negative.

Just a panic attack?

I valued my health, relationships, and future way too much for this to become my new normal.

I felt hopeless and broken.

Medications were the only option I was offered (without any end-dates).

So must I take these forever?

I kept thinking - there must be reasons why my anxiety suddenly developed. 

But no one explained them to me.

Will this work for me?

Every body responds differently (in ways that doctors can't even fully predict). Just like with everything else in life, there's no absolute guarantee. 

But what I can promise is transparency, tools, support, and strategies that have helped both myself and my clients overcome our anxiety (and keep it away).

Are you against pharmaceuticals?

No! As a Naturopathic Medical Doctor, I'm medically trained in both pharmaceuticals and natural modalities. I have medical expertise to know when drugs are needed... but also when they may not the best choice. 

I wholeheartedly support any tool that personally helps you (that does not cause more harm) — I will never judge your choices. 

Pharmaceuticals can be lifesaving... but they're not the only (or best) option for everyone! 

I believe you deserve to learn of your many options so that you can make the best decision for yourself

There's ways to plummet and prevent anxiety that are just as effective as pharmaceuticals. And I want to teach you them!

I have multiple conditions besides anxiety. Can this program help me?

Most definitely yes! I've often clinically found that people with multiple mental health conditions simultaneously (like depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar, etc) have also healed their other conditions when they use my methods to address their anxiety. 

Why? Because these conditions often stem from the same root causes.

When mutual root causes are addressed, it better weeds through the noise and then illuminates the remaining contributors to focus on for that other condition (and thus makes it much easier to target). 

So addressing these contributors has helped save people time, money, labs, and doctor visits in the longrun.
